nice concept, want to know whats written on the scroll, good work
Ahhhh, you're the first to ask about that. The scroll is actually part of a larger piece I made for a first year art course. I used a bunch of skulls and bones and dead things and an old spice cabinet. Each skull or group of bones had a scroll which contained their words after death, what they were, and how they died (or how I think they might have). This one reads:
What is
this scentless place?
(My eyes betray me)
My ears, tell me what you hear!
Nothing, they all say - or don't say.

again like the sound of it, especially the concept
I do, somewhere in my archives. I actually dug them out a few weeks ago but some folders on my external HDD got corrupted and one of them just happens to be the one that had those pictures. So I'll have to find them on my DVDs again, I'll let you know if/when I do.

(hehe, well I partially took it for long nail modeling [link] so hehe, anyway, it takes a long time to grow those suckers, I couldn't cut them for one picture hehe)

ok i admit i didnt see it in full view.
i think i can see abit of the teeth. but well u are right the "painted" nails would definitely have taken the attention away...
